Maso Corto (2,011 m)
Maso Corto is very likely to be the oldest village in the valley. The territory comprising of almost 21,000 hectares is one of the biggest in South Tyrol. Due to the realisation of numerous cable cars and about 35 km of slopes, the village developed into an important skiing destination during the middle of the 70's. Maso Corto is still one of only a few villages in South Tyrol where you can ski all year round. The village provides an ideal holiday destination for alpine skiers, snowboarders and downhill skiers, and for all those who like sports in general. The village is ideal and perfectly organised for families too. In summer you can enjoy numerous excursions. The many leisure activities enrich the offer of this village.
